To use your Renault‘s downloaded apps: share your phone’s connection with your Renault.
For this, go to your phone’s Settings menu. Then, select Personal Hotspot and accept the conditions. Switch on your openR link system in your vehicle and activate the Wi-Fi.

My Renault is designed to make your life easy. Without a personal profile, you cannot view your vehicle’s data in real time.
Creating a My Renault account is also a prerequisite for using your remote services.
Without a Google account associated with your openR link system, your do not have access to Google Play applications.
The sooner the better! We recommend that you create your My Renault, and Google accounts whilst waiting for your new Renault to be delivered. By doing this, setting up your openR link will be much easier on the big day.
For a personalised experience, we recommend that you create an account for each user of the vehicle. This way you each have your own navigation, vehicle settings or multimedia preferences.
You will need access to a data plan to use apps downloaded from Google Play, such as sharing your phone’s connection with your Renault.
