Family-friendly
We support our colleagues who take time out to have a family. In addition to statutory maternity, shared parental and adoption leave, our enhanced leave policies mean that once you have one year’s continuous service (15 weeks before the baby is due) you can take 26 weeks of your full basic as enhanced leave*, followed by further weeks at the statutory rate of pay.
