Platform - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

electric platform

Renault Megane E-Tech electric’s modular AmpR medium platform with its innovative configurations make it possible to optimise its weight and create a very low centre of gravity. This gives you a high-performance and responsive drive.

Driving pleasure - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

driving pleasure

With its electric motor producing up to 160 kW of power, the equivalent of 220 hp, Megane E-Tech electric delivers high-performance and responsive driving on every journey.

Its wheels set back to the four corners of the body, gives you sharp steering and a controlled chassis for extra agility and road-holding. You control your driving.

Driving comfort- Megane E-Tech 100% electric

driving comfort

The Megane E-Tech electric platform, with its longer and wider wheelbase, offers greater stability and driving comfort. Inside, passengers enjoy more interior space with the flat floor and cocoon-effect soundproofing (insulation technology between the battery and the passenger compartment that dampens vibrations and driving noise, patented by Renault).

Performance - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

electric performance

Megane E-Tech electric lets you travel up to 285 miles1 WLTP with a fully charged battery. This is made possible by a design that is focused on driving range, its highly efficient motor and the smart management of its consumption.

Regenerative braking - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

one-pedal driving⁵

Utilising the steering wheel paddles, drivers can optimise the regenerative braking, allowing the vehicle to decelerate smoothly when the driver releases the accelerator pedal. At the highest level of regenerative braking, the vehicle will come to a stop without the driver having the apply the brake.

This delivers a smoother overall driving experience for all occupants, and maximises the energy that can be recuperated to extend the driving range while also reducing brake pad wear. For situations where more manual control is preferred, the steering wheel-mounted paddles can be used to adjust the strength of the regenerative braking system.

Thermal management - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

heat pump

The heat pump, is combined with a system for recovering energy from the motor and the battery, to enhance the driving range of Megane E-Tech electric and ensure the thermal comfort of its passengers, regardless of the conditions. Very useful in the winter.

flexible charging

AC charging - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

AC (alternating current) charging

With its 11kW charger, it is easy to charge your Renault Megane E-Tech electric anywhere. Every time you stop is an opportunity to take a break and charge.3

DC charging - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

DC (Direct Current) charging

With its DC fast charging system, which is compatible with all European networks, Renault Megane E-Tech electric can recover up to 186 miles in 30 minutes.3

Charging Tools - Megane E-Tech 100% electric

optimising electric travel

Take advantage of connected features designed for electric journeys: Megane E-Tech electric offers battery temperature pre-conditioning to help you charge more quickly. With a route programmed on Google Maps2, including the selection of recharging points, the vehicle automatically adapts the battery temperature to maximise recharging power and advises you on the target percentage to recover. Ideal for optimising your journey during winter.
